Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns Policy
We want you to love your Toddle purchase, so if you change your mind about a product purchased simply return it for a replacement, refund or exchange. All returns must be in their original saleable condition including all protective packaging and returned within 14 days of you having received the product.
Sorry, this satisfaction guarantee does not include sale or clearance items, or any product which has been worn, used or washed.
If you have changed your mind, we will need you to cover freight costs to return the product back to us. Once received back we will refund the purchase price of the product (excluding delivery charges).
If you have ordered the incorrect size, we will need you to cover freight costs to return the product back to us and the cost of shipping any replacement to you. We recommend you use our online Size Guides to help get a great fit.
Damaged or Defective Products
Please let us know straight away if your product is damaged or defective upon delivery. We will happily arrange for a full refund or a replacement to be sent to you (your choice), and provide instructions on how to return the faulty product to us at our cost.
